Bounce Pass:
Place each hand on each side of the ball.Hold the ball at stomach to waste level high.
Extend your arms with a pushing motion towards the floor closer to your partner.
The ball should hit the floor 3/4 of the way between you and you partner.
Chest Pass
Place each hand on each side of the ball.
Ball should be at chest level.
Extend arms out directly in-front of you with a pushing motion.
While pushing the ball, step down with your dominant foot.
Ball should travel directly to your partner's chest.
Two-handed Overhead Pass
Hold the ball with both hands on each side.Place the ball OVER your head with your elbows forming a 45degree angle.
Throw the ball towards your partner's open target. Also step down with your dominant foot while releasing the ball to keep your balance.
